Dine-in restaurants have the option of adding a restaurant bar. Carry out and delivery restaurants typically require 2,200 to 3,000 square feet of space. Dine-in restaurants typically require 4,000 to 6,000 square feet of space. Both models should be located near main thoroughfares and have ample parking.
Q. How much does the franchise cost?
A. The estimated initial investment for a carryout and delivery restaurant ranges from $248,167 to $482,250. The estimated initial investment for a dine-in restaurant ranges from $330,433 to $657,700.
Q. How much is the fee for continuing support services?
A. The continuing services, or “royalty fee,” is 5% of your gross sales and is paid weekly. This fee entitles you to use the “GLASS NICKEL PIZZA CO.” registered trade mark, use of the many distinctive systems and processes, marketing assistance, ongoing business development and counseling, and other benefits that come with being a GLASS NICKEL PIZZA CO. franchise.
Q. How much training is provided?
A. You will participate in an initial training course of approximately five to eight weeks. The initial training covers all material aspects of the operation of a GLASS NICKEL PIZZA CO. and is comprised of classroom and on-the-job training.
Q. What is the term of the Franchise Agreement?
A. The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is five years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for three successive terms of five years each, providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.
